Rich Snebold has been working with family businesses for over 30 years. Rich is the founder and president of Snebold Family Business Partners, LLC, an organization committed to the success of family businesses in the local region of West PA.
Rich is one of only two people in the Pittsburgh market with a certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute in Boston. In 2007, he was named Family Business Advisor of the Year by The Family Business Roundtable in Pittsburgh.
In May, 2010, Rich received a certificate from the “SuccessCare” group in Ontario, Canada. The certificate was a result of his studies in the area of family business succession planning, business valuation and exit strategy for the family business owners. SuccessCare is the premier organization in North America, instructing advisors how to best facilitate transition and succession planning in family businesses.
Rich is an Advisory Board Member of the Kenya Christian Education Project – a new elementary school in northern Kenya on the Ethiopian border, a co-host of monthly radio show about family business on KQV radio in Pittsburgh, and has served on over 20 boards during his 40 year business career.
